Quality assurance

At Choice Support we are proud of our track record of providing high quality services, but we are always looking for ways to make things even better. We have a dedicated Quality Department that constantly monitors what we do, and suggests ways that our services can improve. 

The Quality Department's work is split into four areas:

Here are some important facts about the Quality Department:

Experience

Everyone in the Quality Department has direct experience of working with people with learning disabilities.

Partnership

We work in partnership with the people we support, their families, health and social care professionals, and local community groups.

Monitoring

We monitor all the services the organization manages, and suggest ways that they can improve.

Targets

We make sure that Choice Support achieves all the targets set by the Care Quality Commission, Supporting People and local and national initiatives like Valuing People Now.
