The quality managers work closely with operational managers and Quality Checkers to make sure that all the support the organization gives is good quality, and that it gives choice and control to each person. Quality managers spend time talking to people with learning disabilities, their families and staff. They carry out a lot of checks and investigations, and also respond to complaints or other issues raised by service users, families, and staff.
