Quality analysisChoice Support employs a quality analyst, Claire Bates, who monitors and reviews all the information collected by the people we support, their families, staff and managers. This includes information on health, activities, employment, accidents and incidents, outcomes from person centred plans and Reach standards, quality checks and service audits. This is all put together each month in several reports for service managers, to help highlight best practice and deal with any problems quickly. In common with all providers of social care, Choice Support's services are inspected by The Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Claire also analyses and circulates information from CQC checks. The latest reports we have from CQC show that Choice Support consistently performs above the national average.
